If you use the windows editor use word-wrap! (Edit-Word wrap)

Extract all files to the same directory (c:\NoteThat97).
To run the application "NoteThat97" you have to install
the "taskbar.ocx" file: 
Start the "OCXReg32.exe" program
(Disk edition: Disk 2; Zip Edition: Zip Archive). Select the file "taskbar.ocx". Now click on "Register". 
That's it!
Now you can run NoteThat97
